Mindfulness.
My name is Clarissa, my life’s journey has been pretty wild. I can remember so many situations in my past that were not favorable but situations that shaped my being. I like to think that the lessons of my personal life were necessary for me so that I can properly bring awareness to certain situations I have encountered and how to avoid them or how to navigate through them. At this moment in time, I am still learning about myself, and I am still learning to forgive my past actions and becoming more aware of my own mind.
Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present in the moment, cultivating a deep awareness of our thoughts, feelings, and surroundings. By embracing mindfulness, we can reduce stress, enhance our emotional well-being, and foster a greater sense of peace and clarity in our daily lives. It encourages us to live with intention, appreciate the small joys, and respond to challenges with calm and resilience. Mindfulness not only enriches our own lives but also helps us to connect more meaningfully with others, promoting empathy and understanding. I am here to shine a light on mindfulness and to bring Mental health awareness, spirituality and the importance of self-love, self-care, and discernment.
